Returns & Exchanges Policy (Online Purchases Only)
At Lucia Grace Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Change of Mind Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on jewellery purchases.
Items Eligible for Return
You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair under Australian Consumer Law if an item:

Is faulty or defective,

Does not match its description or sample, or
-
Is not fit for its intended purpose.
All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are faulty:

Earrings or body jewellery,

Personalised or custom-made items (including engraved or custom-sized pieces),

Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered after delivery,

Gift cards or vouchers.
We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.
How to Return an Item (Faulty or Incorrect Orders Only)
1. Contact Us:
Email hello@luciagracejewellery.com with your order details and a brief description or photo of the issue. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.
2. Prepare Your Parcel:
Place the item(s) in their original packaging, along with your proof of purchase and any supporting documents.
3. Return Shipping:
If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email. Attach it securely to your parcel and lodge it at your nearest Post Office.
4. Processing Time:
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it. Approved refunds or replacements will be processed within 5–10 business days.
